“I recently engaged Onsite Alloy Repairs to refurbish the wheels on my Mercedes C350 and am compelled to draw your attention to the outstanding service and excellent workmanship delivered by Graham who came out to rectify substandard work delivered by the first technician. Graham was able to repair 3 of the 4 wheels on site, unfortunately there was a reaction with the finish on the 4th wheel. When it became apparent he could not repair the wheel on site, Graham called to update me and offered to take the wheel over the weekend to his own home workshop enabling him to effect a more comprehensive repair.
